Charitable Donations, Sponsorships and Community Activities

We are committed to the support of our youth and the systems that are in place to serve children and their families. A major focus of our charitable giving is directed towards education, health and human services, youth programs and community development.

We break down our community support into three areas:

Charitable Donations represent financial gifts made only to eligible non-profit organizations that are based in the communities we serve and provide service to local residents.

Sponsorships are marketing partnerships with an organization that provides the Bank with marketing opportunities while aligning with our charitable giving philosophy.

Community Activities encompass many different types of requests including program ads, ticket purchases, use of Bank space and more.

Application Procedure:

To request funding for a Charitable Donation, please complete the Request for Charitable Donation form. Be sure to provide all the required documentation and full program description as indicated on the form instructions.

For funding requests for Sponsorships and Community Activities, please complete the Request for Sponsorship form. Please include information about sponsorship options, as well as pricing and payment details.

Once you complete the application, press the submit button for delivery to us. Additional required documentation should be emailed to us at community@baycoastbank.com. If you prefer you may print an application and mail it along with all supporting documentation to: Marketing, BayCoast Bank Savings Bank, 4 So. Main St., Fall River, MA 02721 or drop it off at any of our branch locations.

Review Process:

It may take up to 30 days or longer for a request for a Charitable Donation to be reviewed. A site visit, along with additional information may be required before a final decision is made.

Please allow up to 14 days for requests for Sponsorships and Community Activities to be reviewed.

It’s important to complete all required information to ensure a prompt response to your request.
